Xuzhou Cui Can Glass Products Co., Ltd. is located in Xuzhou City of Jiangsu Province, specialized in researching, designing, manufacturing and marketing all kinds of glass products, such as cosmetics glass bottles, perfume glass bottles,glass wine bottles, champagne bottles, beverage and liquor bottles, food packing bottles, medicine bottles and other related products.
Our factory, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, brings in advanced equipment and adopts the most advanced automatic production lines. Now, we have 10 production lines for making glass bottles. There are 10 production workshops and 30 assembly lines in our company. Our annual output is up to 300 million pieces (150,000 tons) and we offer professional glass painting, printing, hot stamping, polishing and other services.

Process Flow Show
Mix ingredients, mix all kinds of raw materials in the mixer
Melting (1650 c) : the raw material with good match is heated at high temperature to form uniform bubble-free glass liquid
Forming (600 c) : cut the molten glass into molds
Blow bottle: a solid product in shape
Annealing: send the shaped glass bottle to the annealing machine for annealing (the temperature that can be touched by human hands).
Finally, the product can be packaged after passing the inspection
